Bucket Elevator
Elevator is a vertical transportation system. It is used to remove lower floor materials to upper floors in required capacity. Elevators are used in different capacities as vertical transportation. Systems are designed and manufactured according to the characteristic of the product and outer body is metal. Engine speed and the size of the buckets are specified according to the system data. The upper head of the elevator is designed as bolted and two parts in order to easy dismounting. Consists of the upper head; pulley, pulley shaft and bearings.
Product output is on the upper section. Consists of the bottom head; pulley, pulley
shaft, bearings, product entry section and cleaning covers. The bottom head of the
elevator is designed as bolted and two parts in order to easy dismounting. The gearmotor
is selected according to height and capacity of the elevator. Adjustable motor stand
in the upper section provides a connection of the motor to the elevator by chain
coupling.
Upon request, irreversible bearing or brake type gearmotor can be used.
